Give your blog a schedule you can follow

A spreadsheet can show what you hope to publish. RankYourApp connects the schedule to writing, article review and delivery. Set the cadence for your site and use the calendar and dashboard to see what is queued, ready for attention or already published.

Set timing around your working week

Choose the writing time and timezone that fit the person reviewing your articles. A draft arriving before a regular editorial check is easier to handle than a queue no one owns. Your chosen cadence must fit the article allowance shared by your workspace.

A schedule starts working after setup is complete. Confirm your business information, blog connection and review preference first. If the next article is waiting, the dashboard explains the current stage so you can address it.

Separate writing from approval

In review mode, a completed article waits for your decision. You can choose to hold unanswered drafts or publish them after a selected interval from 1 to 30 days. Set this deliberately when another person reviews content.

Automatic publishing reduces the number of routine approvals, but it still depends on article checks and a working destination. Read held or failed states as work to resolve, rather than assuming every scheduled slot became a public post.

Plan across several websites

For a workspace with several sites, consider the combined monthly allowance before setting each cadence. A separate schedule for each website does not create a separate article quota. Review the busiest site first and leave room for the others.

When you pause writing and publishing, existing published content stays where it is. Use a pause when facts need updating, the reviewer is away or the website connection is being changed, then check the setup before resuming.

Common questions

Can I choose a timezone?
Yes. The schedule includes cadence, time and timezone. Check these settings when the reviewer or business operates in a different region.
Does the calendar mean every article is live?
No. Writing, review and delivery are separate stages. Inspect article status and the public URL to confirm that a scheduled article has actually published.
