Getting started

Create your account, confirm your business details and connect your first blog.

Create your account

Open Create an account. Continue with Google, or enter your email address and password. If you sign up by email and are asked to confirm it, follow the email before signing in to finish setup.

Already have an account? Use Sign in. Google sign-in returns to RankYourApp in the same tab. Other sign-in buttons appear when that provider is available. Your account covers passwords and recovery.

Tell us about your business

The setup has four parts: Your business, Approval, Schedule and Publishing.

  1. Enter your website address, what you sell and who your customers are. Add anything else the writer should know.
  2. Click Draft my setup. Keep the tab open while RankYourApp reads your website.
  3. Review your business name, description, facts and voice. Change anything that is wrong.
  4. Review the first topics, remove the ones you do not want and remove unwanted tags. Click Looks right, continue.

Source-backed facts are checked on your website again. Added or rewritten statements need a source before they can be treated as verified. Business, facts and voice

Choose approval and timing

Choose Let me review first or Publish automatically. In review mode, choose whether an unanswered draft waits for you or publishes after 1 to 30 days. Pick your cadence, time and timezone next. The monthly article allowance is shared by all sites in the workspace. Schedule and approval

Connect your blog

Choose a publishing connection and where the blog should live: on your website or on a managed subdomain of your own. If a blog already exists, keep its address and content source.

WordPress and Framer ask for their connection details. An AI builder or Developer API install gives you an installation prompt and a key to copy. A managed blog gives you domain setup records. Follow the instructions and verify the installation before publishing starts. A temporary rankyourapp.io/blogs/ address is only a preview. Publishing connections

Follow your first article

Once setup is complete, open the Dashboard. It shows your next writing slot, articles that need you and recent articles. In review mode, open Review to read and approve a draft. Use Calendar to follow scheduled and published articles. Setup being saved does not mean an article has already been written or published.
