Your account email and password (the password is stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider). What you tell us about your business during setup: your site address, facts, voice, topics and keywords. The articles we write for you. Connection details for where we publish, stored encrypted. Basic usage records: which articles were written and published, and how often your API key is used.

To run the service: reading your site to set your blog up, writing articles grounded in your facts, publishing them where you told us to, and emailing you about things that need you, such as an article waiting for review or a trial that is ending. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to advertise to you.

We run on managed hosting and database infrastructure, use AI model providers to write article text from your approved facts, an email delivery provider to send you the emails described above, and a payment provider to handle subscriptions when you pick a plan. Card numbers never touch our servers. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

The app stores your sign-in session in your browser so you stay signed in. There are no advertising trackers on the panel.

For as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete your configuration, drafts and keys; articles already published to your own site are yours and stay wherever you published them.

You can read and edit everything we hold about your business directly in the panel. To export or delete your account data, email rankyourapp@kraftwire.com from your account address and we will do it within 30 days.
