Terms of Service

Who we are
RankYourApp is a Kraftwire Software product. It writes and publishes blog articles for your website automatically. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Questions go to rankyourapp@kraftwire.com.
The service
We draft blog topics, write articles with artificial intelligence, check them against the business facts you approve, and publish them to the destination you connect, on the schedule you choose. You can review every article before it publishes, edit anything, add your own keywords and mark topics off limits.
Your content and your responsibility
The articles we produce for you are yours. You own them, on your site and after you leave. Because the articles publish under your name, you are responsible for what your site publishes. Review mode exists exactly for this, and we recommend it. We check articles against the facts you approved, but you confirm those facts are true.
Your account
Keep your password and API keys private. You must be able to receive email at the address you sign up with. Do not use the service to publish unlawful content, spam, or content about businesses that are not yours to represent.
Trials, payment and cancellation
Every account starts with a 7 day free trial, no card needed. The trial is single use: one per person and one per website, ever. A site that already used its trial needs a paid plan, whoever signs it up, and creating extra accounts to collect more free trials counts as abuse. Any attempt to abuse the trial or the service may lead to suspension or a permanent ban.
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. You can also pause writing at any time without cancelling. When a trial or subscription ends, articles already published stay on your site and your drafts and settings are kept.
Service quality
We work hard to keep the service reliable and self-healing, but we provide it as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of specific search-ranking results. Search engines decide rankings, not us, and nobody can honestly promise you a position.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we will tell you why. If we ever discontinue the service we will give you at least 30 days notice, and your published articles stay yours.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect.
