Before you choose a plan
Tell us your website platform, whether you already have a blog and the address you want to use. Include how many websites you manage and the article cadence you have in mind. We can point you to the relevant publishing route and plan details.
For installation or publishing help
Include the public website or article URL, the connection type and the exact message shown in RankYourApp. Say whether the article is waiting for review, held by a check or failing at delivery. A screenshot of the relevant message can help.
Use public URLs and error descriptions. Keep passwords, workspace keys, CMS application passwords and customer information out of the message. The external setup guide and connection help cover the most common installation steps.
Account, billing and privacy
For account or subscription questions, email from your account address and describe the request. You can manage a paid subscription through Plans and billing; the billing guide explains cancellation, trial eligibility and shared allowances.
Account deletion and privacy requests are handled through the same support address. Read the privacy policy for how information is used and the terms for account and service conditions.
