Your trial

The advertised trial is 7 days with no card needed, on the Starter allowance. Billing and the account menu show your own trial's end date. When the trial ends, choose a plan to resume publishing. The Billing page states that your articles and settings are kept. It also shows the plans that fit your current sites and schedules.

What counts toward the allowance

Billing shows written and published articles for the workspace. Drafts waiting for review count as written. The usage card identifies whether it covers This billing period or This month. The allowance is shared across all sites, not repeated for each one.

Why a plan may be unavailable

The billing page checks every site's schedule against its busiest month: daily can need 31 articles, three times a week 14, twice a week 9 and weekly 5. It adds them across the workspace. Plans without enough websites or article capacity are unavailable.

For example, a daily schedule needs up to 31 articles, which is above Growth's 30. Reduce the cadence in Calendar → Schedule and approval, or choose a plan that covers it. Before downgrading, make sure your websites and schedules fit the smaller plan.

Choose or manage a subscription

Choose on an eligible plan requests checkout. An existing subscription has Manage subscription, which opens its billing portal for subscription management and invoices. If checkout or the portal cannot open, read the message and contact billing support.

A scheduled cancellation displays its effective date and can be undone in Manage subscription. Pausing a blog only stops writing and publishing; it does not cancel billing.

Payment or billing needs attention

Billing distinguishes failed payment, payment still being confirmed, ended access and subscription configuration problems. Follow the action shown, such as updating your card in Manage subscription. Publishing starts or resumes after the required active paid subscription is confirmed.

Refund, dispute and security-review alerts direct you to support. Include the support reference shown on the alert. Do not send card details, passwords or API keys.
