Sites and workspaces

Switch websites, add another site and understand what your plan shares.

Switching sites

Open the site menu at the top of the sidebar and choose the website you want. Dashboard, Review, Calendar, Topics, Business, Connections and Performance then show that site. Check the selected domain before saving settings or acting on an article.

Adding a site

The site menu offers Add a site when the current workspace has room. It opens the same setup used for your first website. Each site gets its own business facts, voice, topic queue, schedule, articles and publishing connections. When the workspace is at its site limit, the menu links to Billing for a bigger plan.

What is shared

Your plan's website limit and article allowance belong to the workspace. All its sites share that allowance; it is not a separate allowance for each site. Billing shows usage across the workspace. API keys also belong to the workspace and can read published articles from its sites. Plans and billing · Developer API and keys

Where to change things

  • Business: your name, description, facts, voice and image settings.
  • Topics: what to write next and phrases that are off limits.
  • Calendar → Schedule and approval: cadence, timezone, review mode and pausing.
  • Connections: publishing destinations, existing blog setup and Search Console.
  • Account: sign-in methods, email, password, API keys and newsletter preference.
