Change your newsletter preference and find account or publishing emails.
Account and service emails
Confirmation, password recovery and email-change messages belong to the account flow that requested them. Publishing and billing messages can point you back to the relevant article or account status. Open RankYourApp directly to verify a message against Review, Connections or Billing.
The newsletter preference is separate from actions needed to confirm your address or recover access.
If an expected email is missing
Check the address used in the form, your spam folder and any pending-email message on Account. For recovery, enter the address before clicking Forgot password?. If the problem persists, contact rankyourapp@kraftwire.com, describing the action and error without forwarding a private sign-in link.
Analytics preferences
The Privacy Policy includes Change analytics preferences to reopen the analytics choice. This is separate from the newsletter checkbox. Your newsletter choice and your analytics choice control different things.
