Topics and off limits
Add your keywords and notes, remove queued ideas and rule out subjects.
Coming up next
Topics shows the selected site's queued ideas. The top one is first in line. Each row shows the planned title, keyword, any notes and Your pick or Our research. Click Remove, then confirm, to take that idea out of the queue. It does not delete an already published article.
Suggest a topic
Enter a Keyword or question, from 2 to 200 characters. Optionally add an angle, a customer story or a source under Anything we should know about it? Click Add keyword. Customer suggestions go ahead of the research queue.
If the page says it ran out of topics, add a keyword. Topic ideas are also refreshed automatically once a day. A queued keyword is a topic request, not an article that has already passed checks or been published.
Off limits
Enter a word or phrase under Off limits and click Add to rule it out of future writing. A phrase can have up to 200 characters. Use the cross beside an existing phrase, then confirm, to remove that restriction. The confirmation explains that future articles may cover the phrase again.
