The publishing overview
The Dashboard belongs to the site selected at the top of the sidebar. Articles live counts published articles. Articles that need you includes drafts waiting for review, drafts held for checks and delivery problems. Topics queued counts topics still in line. Next article tells you when the next writing run is due, or why writing is waiting.
What needs you
Each item links to the article and explains what needs attention. A source check that failed, a check that could not finish and a delivery failure are different problems. Open the article to read its explanation before changing it or requesting publication. The badge beside Review counts articles that need attention, including ones outside the recent article list. The next article
A future date is the next writing slot. Writing in progress means a run has claimed the work. Due now — waiting for a writing slot means the slot is due, not that its article is already live. A retry message gives its next retry time. Paused sites and workspaces show the relevant pause or billing message instead.
The latest articles distinguish when something was written from when it was published. View opens the public article; Open article opens its review page.
