Connect a managed blog

Choose Another website platform and managed placement in RankYourApp. Use blog.yourcompany.com on a domain you control. This publishes to a separately hosted blog; it does not create Wix Blog posts. You do not need a Wix API key or Wix app for this route.

Request your exact DNS records in RankYourApp, add them at the provider that manages your domain, then use Check DNS, HTTPS and installation. Continue once Live domain verified appears. Full DNS instructions

If Wix manages your DNS

1. In Wix, open Domains.
2. Open the domain's Domain Actions menu and choose Manage DNS records.
3. Under the required record type, such as CNAME or TXT, click Add Record.
4. Enter the host and value shown by RankYourApp, save, then confirm Save Changes.

Wix says that domains connected by pointing or using custom nameservers need DNS changes at their DNS provider instead. Keep the existing records for your Wix website. Wix's official DNS guide

Add the live blog to your Wix menu

For a regular menu in Wix Editor:

1. Click Pages and Menu on the left of the editor.
2. Click Add Menu Item → Link.
3. Choose Web address and enter your verified HTTPS blog address.
4. Click Done, enter Blog as the menu item's name, then click Done again.
5. Publish your website change and test the link from the live desktop and mobile menus.

In Wix Studio, select the menu and open Manage Menu → Add Item to add a link. Use your live blog URL and check the published menu. Studio and advanced menus have different controls from a regular Wix Editor menu. Wix Studio's official menu tutorial

If you already have Wix Blog

Keep existing Wix Blog posts and URLs unless you have separately planned their migration. A managed RankYourApp blog does not copy or redirect them. Check both your old posts and new menu link after setup.

An installation on your own Wix article path would need a developer to meet the Developer API installation requirements. The current customer form does not accept a Wix-native publishing token. Choose the managed route if your implementation cannot deliver the required public HTML and keep the workspace key on the server.
